The UAE Urban Search and Rescue team has once again demonstrated its unparalleled capabilities by maintaining the esteemed “heavy” classification from the International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG), a body associated with the United Nations. This marks the third instance where the team from the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority has secured this top-tier status, further cementing the UAE’s standing in the realm of disaster response and emergency management.
